YACHT M / Y EXUMA - HOME automation and AUTOMATION REFIT

The crew of M / Y EXUMA asked the company ITE Ingénierie to diagnose problems related to the onboard equipment and ensure their repair.

It was during a major refit of this 164 ft Perini Navi , on the Ciotat Shipyards site, that we had the opportunity to bring our expertise to this magnificent yacht.

Thus, we were able to diagnose and ensure the restoration of the following installations:

• Control of five Furuno screens present on the bridge from a CRESTRON PLC and an ATEN video matrix.

• Alarm diagnostics going back to the supervision and coming from faulty states on the SCHNEIDER PLC. We analyzed the SCHNEIDER program and identified the faulty equipment that triggered alarms.

• Evolution of a PLC SCHNEIDER TSX program  in order to limit the alarm escalation in "false positive". This intervention made it possible to diagnose that DEIF equipment ( modbus gateway ) linked to the generators was faulty, and required its replacement.

•   Refurbishment of a multiroom environment, on a Kaleidescape server after replacing an HD player

• Improved controls for  Bosch Rexroth stabilizers.
