A customer contacted us with the aim of a complete repair of his electricity as well as an integration of a CRESTRON home automation system combining comfort and multi-room audiovisual.

Covering an area of 400m2, this prestigious residence near St Rémy de Provence represented a technical challenge because it was of historical construction and it was necessary to preserve the integrity of the interior walls and paintings.

First of all, we noted the existing electrical installation, boxes and technical ducts, and proceeded to study the project in its details before starting work.
 

We have removed the various electrical boxes distributed in the building to install only one in the technical room. We have replaced all the old switches and sockets with modern equipment from the VIMAR brand, Eikon series.
 

The CRESTRON home automation system that we have installed and programmed allows the management of heating, light and motorized shutters but also the management of the swimming pool and watering.
 

The alarm center and video surveillance are also integrated on the various CRESTRON tablets and touch panels.
 

A CRESTRON touchscreen remote control installed in the living room allows you to launch various scenarios with a simple button: meal mode, TV mode,  … But also the choice of the program, the closing of the curtains and the adjustment of the temperature.
 

In the basement, we created a  private cinema room  equipped with a DENON brand 7.1 amplifier and a CHRISTIE video projector. As the only audiovisual source, we have set up a ZAPPITI media-center controlled by the home automation system which stores the client's audio and video collections.
 

We carried out this complex project and fulfilled the mission entrusted to us.
